I am under a lot of stress right now. A lot of is due to personal life things and finances, etc., I went to my iTalktoGod app and selected the worry/finances category. This verse came up..
“Set your mind on things above, not on earthly things.” – Colossians 3:2
The commentary read as follows, “God will take care of you. Continue to honor Him with your life and your tithes. Ask him for guidance on your financial affairs.”

It must be big.
Well it is.
I’m engaged.
and yes, I’m engaged to Jessica.
I know I don’t “post much”, and I may not “have time” for a video at the bottom.
But I wanted to “let you know” that I “passed” my Regulation part of the “CPA Exam” with an “85″
So she will post more often that I do, which is 1.5 times per month.
Now I want to make it clear that this is not the Jessica Wood I am talking about. This is another Jessica Wood. So if you go up to the Jessica Wood you see in this video, IT’S THE WRONG ONE, BACK AWAY!!!

I can’t hold it in any longer.
I woke up at 5:38am this morning, and was frustrated that I was now late and off schedule for my 6am gym workout. So I was getting up, but in a sluggish, I don’t really want to go cuz it’s 5:38am on a friday morning sort of way. So I decided to check a few websites before I really started getting ready. One of my regularly visted sites came up on the rotation. The only reason this is a frequently visited site is because it holds the key to letting me know if I passed parts of the CPA exam or not.
Much to my delight, the welcome screen now had an updated status, saying that scores had been released and were available for viewing. My heart jumped, I closed my eyes, clicked the next button and saw that on the audit portion of the exam I GOT A 79!
You may be saying to yourself, Paul, that’s like a C+, that’s not very good. Friend, you are mistaken. You only need a score of 75 or higher to pass the exam. So one down, three to go. I will never have to study for audit again, which is great. 25% done, and the next three are sure to follow.
In other news, when did everyone grow up so fast? Getting married, buying houses, having kids? Freaking A!
And this is one of my national instructors for the Becker CPA Review..oh boy.
Let me tell you.
I have no before, or no after pictures, but my apartment is squeaky clean, and very nice, and if you really knew you would be jealous out of your mind right now. More to come!
